These products are not designed, tested, or certified to comply with any federal, state, or local safety or Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and may not be legal for street use.

By purchasing, installing, or using these products, the customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their use. This assumption of risk and release of liability applies to the customer, any passengers, and any subsequent or future owners of the motorcycle. Venture Cycles LLC shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the purchase, installation, or use of these products. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Cycles LLC from any claims related to their use.

At Venture Cycles LLC, we take pride in producing high-quality motorcycle parts and custom products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All custom-made, made-to-order, or modified products are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once production has begun.

Standard Products

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Venture Cycles LLC are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered production or have been shipped. Once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
